The hearing instrument specialists at Conn Hearing are committed to helping you find the best hearing aids possible for your unique needs. We also offer a variety of ongoing hearing aid services that we’ve highlighted below. From thorough assessments and personalized fittings to fine-tuning adjustments and expert advice, our team is devoted to your continued satisfaction and improved hearing.
Hearing Aid Evaluation
Our first step in conducting your hearing aid evaluation will be completing several hearing tests with you. These will give us the information we need to identify the specific type of hearing loss you’re experiencing (if any) and make a care recommendation based on our findings.
After that, we’ll introduce you to the various hearing aids we carry and help you find a model that meets your needs and preferences. We carry all of the latest models and technology. From sleek designs that fit entirely in your ear to hearing aids with rechargeable batteries, we’ll help you find the perfect device for you – regardless of what that means.
Hearing Aid Fitting
Once you choose a hearing aid, we’ll order it from the manufacturer and have it delivered to our office. We’ll schedule a follow-up hearing aid fitting appointment with you when it arrives.
Your hearing aid fitting is our opportunity to fine-tune the device you chose to your unique hearing health situation. We’ll make sure that your new hearing aids fit comfortably and have the right settings for the type of hearing loss you’re experiencing.
After that, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to your hearing instrument specialist and take the device home. If you aren’t happy with any aspect of your new hearing aid, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit with you to fine-tune your fit and settings, which can sometimes be necessary after you try the device in real-world settings.
Hearing Aid Repair
Hearing aids are complicated, sensitive pieces of technology that experience general wear and tear as you use them. If you find that your hearing aids are no longer working as well as they used to, the team at Conn Hearing may be able to help.
Our office can complete a variety of hearing aid repairs and maintenance tasks if you aren’t able to do them at home. Whether that means completing the repair ourselves or helping you use a warranty to send your hearing aid back to the manufacturer for more extensive repairs, we’ll make sure your devices get the service they need to give you the hearing support you deserve.
If you aren’t sure whether your hearing aids need repairs or maintenance, feel free to give us a call or stop by our office. We’re always happy to evaluate your situation and let you know the best path forward.
